“Duct Pros did an outstanding job. They were right on time and work very efficiently. He even took the time to teach us how to properly use our thermostats. Yes, we are the grandparents that struggle with turning on TVs and working thermostats. Having moved into our house 2 years ago, I have no idea when or if the dryer vent had ever been cleaned. He took out a soccer-sized ball on lint that he had collected in that vent. Needless to say, it was a fire hazard. So, yes, worth every penny spent.”

He was prompt and did an excellent job. He cleaned out the ducts which were extremely dirty from years of heavy smoking. He not only cleaned the clogged dryer vent, which included having to climb a tall ladder, but also explained why it was so clogged--the duct goes through a cold attic which condenses the hot moisture. Great job!!!

The technician went over and above duty. He called my attention to potential problems when he noticed faulty wiring or plumbing. He was friendly and, importantly, he left the house clean. Next time I need my ducts/dryer vent clean - I am calling Duct Pros!
